Cells from heparine-collected peripheral blood were isolated with Ficoll-Paque® (GE Healthcare) protocol. Total RNA was isolated from isolated cells with RNeasy Plus Mini Kit (Qiagen). Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyzer.
