total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Foxp3-positive and CD4-positive T cells were FACS-sorted from wild-type NOD mice. Single cells were diluted to 1000 cells /ul in 0.04% BSA/PBS Chromium Single-cell 3’ RNA-Seq library (v1) generation was carried according to 10X Genomics protocols

Description |
gene expression of single nuclear transferred T cells
|
Data processing |
Data processing: The Cell Ranger Single Cell Software Suite v1.3 was used to perform sample demultiplexing, barcode processing, and single cell 3' gene counting (https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell/software/pipelines/latest/what-is-cell-ranger). Cell Ranger commands used to produce this aggregated dataset: cellranger count (--cells=3000 ...) cellranger aggr --id=AGG001 --csv=cellranger-aggregation.csv --normalize=mapped Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab-deliminated text file of matrix table containing normalized expression values (UMI/cell). Each row corresponds to a gene and each column corresponds to an individual cell.
