Extraction protocol |
RNA was then extracted using Trizol, followed by DNAse digestion and RNA cleanup using Qiagen RNeasy kit. Purified RNA was subject to quality control on an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. Library preparation and RNA sequencing were performed by BGI Americas using an Illumina HiSeq 2000 with 50bp single-end reads and ~30 million reads per sample.
