Library strategy: PRO-Seq We removed exact duplicate reads and trimmed a 6bp random hexamer at the 5' end of each read. We trimmed adapter sequences and mapped PRO-seq data using BWA. Data was converted into bigWig format. Genome_build: canFam3 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: PRO-seq data are provided in standard bigWig and raw fastq formats.
