Data processing |
Reads were trimmed and aligned using the drop-seq data analysis package. Raw count for each gene was converted to TPM (transcript per million). Genome_build: mm9 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: The processed txt files are tab-delimited count data for each gene of each single cell. 1443737Cells.SVM.cluster.identity.renamed.csv: Comma-separated text file documents cluster identity for each single cell. 1443737Cells.Expresssion.Matrix.log_tpm+1_.renamed.RData: Single-cell gene expression matrix in Rdata format. Merged_17samples_14437cells_count.txt: Drop-seq count for 14437 cells from 17 samples
