Status Public on Sep 15, 2016
Title V446_sRNAs
Sample type SRA

Source name Mycellium
Organism Botrytis paeoniae
Characteristics strain: V446
origin: Grapevine
Growth protocol Stock cultures were stored in 20% glycerol at -80ºC and in potato dextrose agar (PDA) plates at 4ºC.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Fresh mycelia were dried by pressing with sterile filter paper and total RNA was purified from 1 g of dry mycelia using TRIZOL reagent (Invitrogen) as described (Rodríguez-García et al. 2014)
5-10 ug of total RNA was used for library preparation as described (Al Rwahnih et al. 2011) and subjected to deep-sequencing using the Illumina platform (HiSeq2000, 2 x 100 bp length, IGA Technology Services, Udine, Italy, http://www.igatechnology.com) (Donaire et al. 2016)
