Treatment protocol |
After primary culture for another 24 hours, Sertoli cells were divided into 2 groups: control and 0.1mM MBP. After 24 hours culture, cells were placed on ice and treated with Trizol Reagent.

Growth protocol |
Sertoli cells were isolated and cultured in DMEM/F12 medium.Testes from rats were aseptically removed, decapsulated, and digested into cell suspension. Isolated cells were placed on a tissue cultured dish in DMEM/F12 supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum.

Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Microarray Suite version 5.0 (MAS 5.0) using Affymetrix default analysis settings and global scaling as normalization method. The trimmed mean target intensity of each array was arbitrarily set to 100.
