Cells grown in their respective growth media with 10% FBS and Pen/Strep. Cells were treated either with DMSO vehicle (Parental Untreated); 10uM MDV3100/Enzalutamide for 48 hours (48hrs MDV3100), or for at least 6 months in 10uM MDV3100 (MDV3100-Resistant)

Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted with Trizol reagent, followed by clean-up and DNase I treatment with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.
