Data processing |
The Illumina Next Seq500 Next Generation Sequencer software was used. pair-end data were upload to Illumina Basespace(https://basespace.illumina.com/),TopHat Alignment(Version: 1.0.0) of Basespace app was used to map the reads to hg19. Cufflinks Assembly & DE(Version: 1.1.0) from Basespace app was used to call the DE genes. Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: txt files with fpkm values for each gene
