Growth protocol Mice were housed in a 12-h light/12-h dark cycle facility, and free access to rodent chow and water was available.

Extraction protocol Hippocampal RNA was extracted using TRI Reagent (T9242, Sigma-Aldrich, MO,USA) kit followed by mRNA libraries construction.
