Cells in 10cm dishes were serum starved for 24 hours, then transferred to 1% oxygen for an additional 24 hours. Immediately washed with cold PBS, scraped, and frozen at -80C.

H1975 lung cancer cells with stable knockdown of ACC1, ACLY or ETV4 after 24 hours of serum starvation (0.5% FBS) followed by 24 hours of hypoxia (1% O2).
