RNA-seq data were mapped using Novoalign. Genome_build: mm9 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Mapped reads for RNA-seq and ChIP-seq are provided as bed files. ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data were only used to generate browser tracks and we did not perform any further analysis.
