Growth protocol |
Seeds were planted in Sunshine Mix #1 (Sun Gro, Canada) and maintained in a plant growth chamber with an average day/night temperature of 23/20°C, 14 h of light (12,000 LUX), and a relative humidity of 60% for 10 days. When plants reached the third leaf stage, the whole seedling including leaf and roots were harvested for RNA isolation.
