Hybridization protocol |
cDNA was amplied with NuGen WT Ovation Pico kit and hybridized to Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Gene 1.0 ST microarrays at the University of Pennsylvania’s Microarray facility.

Scan protocol |
A confocal scanner was used to collect fluorescence signal at 3um resolution after excitation at 570 nm. The average signal from two sequential scans was calculated for each microarray feature.
