Growth protocol Wild type B05.10 and the deltaBcLTF1 mutant were grown for 3 days on solid CM before non-sporulating mycelia were transferred to solid CM covered with cellophane overlays. Cultures were incubated for 52 h in darkness, and then half of the cultures were transferred to white light. After 60 min all four cultures (WT-D; WT-L; deltaBcLTF1-D; deltaBcLTF1-L) were harvested.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using the Trizol procedure. Total RNA was treated with the DNA-free kit to remove any trace of DNA (Ambion - Applied Biosystems, France).
Label Cy3
Label protocol Synthesis of double-stranded cDNA and Cy3-labeling were done by PartnerChip (http://www.partnerchip.fr/) using the procedures established by NimbleGen (Roche) and the reagents from Invitrogen (Life technologies, France)
 
Hybridization protocol Hybridization on microarrays were done by PartnerChip (http://www.partnerchip.fr/) using the procedures established by NimbleGen (Roche) and the reagents from Invitrogen (Life technologies, France).
Scan protocol Scanning was performed by PartnerChip (http://www.partnerchip.fr/) using NimbleScan.
Description This sample is of Botrytis cinerea B0510 mutant deltaBcLTF1, cultured in darkness. It is the fourth of four deltaBcLTF1_dark (Delta_D) biological replicates used in this experiment, each from separate cultures.
Data processing The raw data (.pair file) was subjected to RMA (Robust Multi-Array Analysis; Irizarry et al. Biostatistics 4(2):249), quantile normalization (Bolstad et al. Bioinformatics 19(2):185), and background correction as implemented in the ANAIS website (http://anais.versailles.inra.fr/).
