Treatment protocol The MDA-MB-453 cells were grown in the phenol red-free medium supplemented with 5% charcoal/dextran-treated fetal bovine serum for 3 days, followed by treatment of vehicle or 10 nM DHT for the indicated time.
Growth protocol The MDA-MB-453 cells were maintained in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum at 37oC incubator
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Lysates were clarified from sonicated cells and the transcription factor-bound complexes were isolated with antibody.
Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions with 10 ng of ChIP-DNA.
