Summary |
Autoimmune arthritis was induced in BALB/c mice with three consecutive PG-injections. B cells were affinity purified from arthritic and contol (adjuvant injected - non-arthritic) mice and isolated total RNA samples were analyzed on microarray platforms. Several hundred disease-associated gene expression changes were detected in B cells
