Summary we obtained RNA-seq profiles for Reb1 and Rap1-AA in presence and absence of rapamycin and in the absence of Rrp6. Additionally, we obtained RNA-seq profiles in a strain depleted for the protein Rap1 but expressing its DNA binding domain alone.
Overall design investigation of RNA-seq profiles in Reb1- and Rap1-AA in the absence of Rrp6 and in the context of Rap1-DBD (dna binding domain) alone.
