Title |
Exon array analysis of N2A cells after knocking down FUS |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
To analyze the role of Fus, Ewsr1, and Taf15 in alternative RNA processing, we performed exon array analysis in N2A cells using exon arrays. N2A cells were transfected with siRNA using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX (Life Technologies) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Overall design |
We analyzed total RNA of N2A cells transfected with siRNA against mouse Fus, combination of Fus, Ewsr1 and Taf15, or control. RNA was harvested 48 hours after transfection.
