Overall design |
Two cell lines (IPH-926 and MDA-MB-134) expressing synthetic Ecad (EcadEGFP) or not (EGFP) were compared against each other. Analysis were conducted in triplicates (IPH-926) and quadruplicates (MDA-MB-134), respectively.
