Title Müller glial and microglial responses coupled to recovery of cone photoreceptors following limited cone ablation in zebrafish retina

Summary We treated gnat2:nfsb-mCherry transgenic adult zebrafish with 24-hour 10 mM Mtz immersion exposure, triggering transient cone stress and subsequent glial and microglial responses.
 
Overall design Adult gnat2:nfsb-mCherry transgenic zebrafish were exposed to 0.1% DMSO or 10 mM Mtz in 0.1% DMSO for 24 hours by immersion followed by washout to clean water. For sequencing, whole retinas were isolated, dissociated to single cell suspension, and analyzed using scRNA-seq. Samples were isolated at 96 hours post treatment (DMSO and MTZ 96 HPT) and at 120 hours post treatment (MTZ 120 HPT). Two retinas were pooled per sample for sequencing.
