Summary Age-dependent fibrosis accumulated in the liver includes driver cell types of aging. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) from specially digested liver to analyze the age-related fibrosis.
 
Overall design The liver was digested to enriched the fibrotic niche and was sequenced in parallel with control data. Experiment was done in CCl4-treated mouse to see early fibrosis niche
