Title |
Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse liver in whole and fibrotic niche of the liver [FiNi-seq] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Age-dependent fibrosis accumulated in the liver includes driver cell types of aging. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) from specially digested liver to analyze the age-related fibrosis.

|
|
Overall design |
The liver was digested to enriched the fibrotic niche and was sequenced in parallel with control data. Experiment was done in CCl4-treated mouse to see early fibrosis niche
