Title Combustion products of burn pit constituents induce more changes in murine lungs with pre-existing asthma than naïve lungs
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary ABSTRACT

Overall design Gene expression profiling analysis was performed on RNA obtained from the lung of 1) HDM or PBS mice exposed to saline 2) HDM or PBS mice exposed to combustion products (CP). CP= a mixture consisted of paper, plastic and plywood burned under controlled combustion.
