Summary XR-seq was performed to map the repair of UV-induced photoproducts.
 
Overall design XR-seq was performed 5 minutes, 1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after UVB 4 kj/m2 in each strain in L1 stage. Either anti (6-4)PP or anti CPD antibodies used to purified excised oligonucleotides.
