Title |
Gene expression file at single cell level of nerve cells in damaged areas of the cerebral cortex in mice with traumatic brain injury |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Endothelial cells-derived extracellular vesicles can promote nerve function in mice with traumatic brain injury. We used snRNAseq to analyze the effects of extracellular vesicles derived from endothelial cells on nerve cells in mice with traumatic brain injury.

Overall design |
Extracellular vesicles derived from endothelial cells or PBS were injected into mice with traumatic brain injury. We extracted tissue from injured areas of the cerebral cortex in mice and analyzed using snRNAseq.
