Overall design |
To investigate the role of O-GlcNAcylation during the cellular senescence process, primary culture of mouse articular chondrocytes underwent treatment with bleomycin (50 μg/ml) for 24 h, followed by treatment with or without ST045849 (20 μM) for five days.
