Title Gene expression profiling of inhibiting O-GlcNAcylation on the cellular senescence of mouse articular chondrocytes

Summary mRNA profiles of primary mouse chondrocytes treated with bleomycin, followed by DMSO or ST045849 were generated by mRNA sequencing. This study provides insights into the role of O-GlcNAcylation in chondrocytes.
 
Overall design To investigate the role of O-GlcNAcylation during the cellular senescence process, primary culture of mouse articular chondrocytes underwent treatment with bleomycin (50 μg/ml) for 24 h, followed by treatment with or without ST045849 (20 μM) for five days.
