Summary |
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are important regulators of the immune response. Here we study lincRNA IRF1-AS1 (human) and its mouse ortholog Gm12216. We established that IRF1-AS1/Gm12216 is involved in the antiviral response.
