Title sciMET-ATAC for simultaneous single-cell DNA methylation and chromatin accessibility analysis
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We describe sciMET-ATAC, a combinatorial indexing-based technique that is capable of producing single-cell DNA methylation plus chromatin accessibility datasets.

Overall design A single BA46 cortex specimen was used in this study and taken through sciMET-ATAC library preparation and analysis.
