Title |
High-throughout sequencing of RAW264.7 cells treated with LPS and Harmine |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
After stimulation of RAW264.7 cells with LPS and Harmine, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to explore the changes in the inflammation level of RAW cells and the enrichment of signaling pathways after LPS and Harmine treatment, and to find an interesting target pathway.

Overall design |
Mouse macrophage RAW264.7 is pretreated with 10µM Harmine for 0.5 h and then treated with 0.5µg/ml LPS for 6 h.
