Title Hepatocellular carcinoma specific epigenetic checkpoint bi-directionally regulates antitumor immunity of CD4+T cell
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary To investigate the effect of Matr3 CKO of CD4+ T cells on HCC of mice.

Overall design A 25 μL mixture of PBS and Matrigel (Corning, USA) (1:1) containing 5 × 10^5 Hepa1-6 cells were injected into the left liver lobe of the C57BL/6 mice to establish the HCC orthotopic transplantation mice model. To investigate the effect of Matr3 on tumor infiltrating cells and TCR of T cell, Matr3 CKO and WT mice of CD4+ T cell carried HCC were isolated and analyzed using scRNAseq and TCRseq on the fifth and fourteenth day.
