Title Characterization of the genes that were regulated by feeding Lactiplantibacillus sp. MH-1
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In the present study, we investigated the effects of feeding Lactiplantibacillus sp. MH-1 using Caenorhabditis elegans as a model animal. The healthspan of the adult C. elegans fed MH-1 was significantly longer than that of unfed animals (control).

Overall design Transcriptional profiling of four-day-old worms that were fed Lactiplantibacillus sp. MH-1 or E. coli OP50 (control) for one day, by deep sequencing, using Illumina NextSeq2000.
