Title |
Characterization of the genes that were regulated by feeding Lactiplantibacillus sp. MH-1 during the largval stages |
Organism |
Caenorhabditis elegans |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In the present study, we investigated the effects of feeding Lactiplantibacillus sp. MH-1 using Caenorhabditis elegans as a model animal. The survival of the adult C. elegans fed MH-1 was significantly better than that of unfed animals (control) upon infection with pathogens.
