Title Effects of AIF3 on gene expression in MEF cells

Summary AIF3 splicing differentially affects gene expression involved in different pathways.
 
Overall design To study the effect of AIF3 splicing on gene expression, MEF cells were isolated from AIF3 floxed embryos and infected with or without CRE lentivirus. Single-cell clones expressing either AIF or AIF3 splicing were established as WT and AIF3 cell lines, respectively. The AIF3 single clone C3 was used in this study. Additionally, a rescue cell line expressing exogenous AIF in AIF3 C3 clone, designated as AIF3-AIF, was established.
