Title LncRNA CARINH regulates expression and function of innate transcription factor IRF1 in macrophages [RNA-Seq 2]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The antisense lncRNA CARINH acts as an additional regulatory layer of antiviral immunity through coordinated regulation of the transcription factor IRF1 and downstream interferon-stimulated genes.

Overall design Mice were inoculated with influenza strain PR8 and were euthanized 4 days later. Lungs were harvested and snapfrozen. Four mice of each groups were used.
