Title O-GlcNAcylation of CTCF regulates 3D chromatin structure [RNA-seq]

Summary The goal of this study is to test whether the O-GlcNAcylation of CTCF plays a role in regulating chromatin structure.
 
Overall design We used HiC to test the changes of 3D chromtin sttucture after muating the O-GlcNAcylation of CTCF. ChIP-seq was used to test the function of O-GlcNAcylation in CTCF chromatin binding. RNA-seq was perforemed to test the changes of genes expression in same condition. ATAC-seq was used to test the change of the chromatin accessibility.
