| Overall design |
Interventricular septal (IVS) myectomy heart tissue was obtained from human patients and felines with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (LVOT) and organ donors or control [as in the case for felines]. Whole heart from a knock-in mouse model with a truncated form of myosin binding protein C3 and Wild Type were sampled using snRNA-seq.
