Summary This project is to compare the transcriptomics of neuroblastomas and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors derived from transgenic Myc mouse models.
 
Overall design To investigate the gene expression profiles in different mouse tumor models, tumor total RNA were isolated and perform RNA-seq.
