Summary This project is to compare the transcriptomics of neuroblastomas and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors derived from transgenic Myc mouse models.
 
Overall design To investigate the gene expression profile difference between pancreas tumor and normal pancreas, normal pancreas and tumor RNA were isolated and RNA-seq was performed.
