Summary To explore the role of GABAergic signaling in regulation of ILC3 function and intestinal tissue homeostasis, we performed single cell RNA sequencing to analyze intestinal CD127+ immune cells and EpCAM+ epithelial cells
 
Overall design Gabbr1flox/flox;Rorc-Cre- (Gabbr1WT) and Gabbr1flox/flox;Rorc-Cre+ (Gabbr1ΔRorc) mice were treated with 2.5% DSS for colitis induction. Small intestine tissues were dissociated with GEXSCOPE® Tissue Dissociation according to manufacturer's instructions. CD45+CD127+ immune cells and CD45-EpCAM+ epithelial cells were sorted using FACS, mixed at 1:1 ratio and subjected to scRNA-seq.
