Summary |
Single-cell gene expression of CD4+ tetramer+ cells from WT B6 animals was determined by sRNAseq after aLm infection.

Overall design |
B6 mice were infected with aLm for 6, 10, 15, 19, 22, 25, 30 or 60 days, treated wth an anti-ARTC2 nanobody before harvest, and sorted for CD4+ Tetramer+ cells. Post sort cells were hashtagged for each timepoint and feature barcoded for cell surface proteins and immune receptor mapping. Gene expression was determined by scRNAseq.
