Title Single cell gene and protein expression of 2W:I-Ab specific cells from effector and memory T cells after aLm infection.

Summary Single-cell gene expression of CD4+ tetramer+ cells from WT B6 animals was determined by sRNAseq after aLm infection.
 
Overall design B6 mice were infected with aLm for 6, 10, 15, 19, 22, 25, 30 or 60 days, treated wth an anti-ARTC2 nanobody before harvest, and sorted for CD4+ Tetramer+ cells. Post sort cells were hashtagged for each timepoint and feature barcoded for cell surface proteins and immune receptor mapping. Gene expression was determined by scRNAseq.
