Title Hydrogel crosslinking modulates macrophages, fibroblasts, and their communication, during wound healing
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary scRANseq study of different affects of crosslinking of gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) hydrogels on cell responses in skin wounds.

Overall design Full excisional skin wounds were implanted with GelMA hydrogels of varying crosslinking and stiffness (low crosslinking/soft and high crosslinking/stiff), as well as non-treated wounds. Hydrogels were excised and analyzed by scRNA-seq.
