Title |
Hydrogel crosslinking modulates macrophages, fibroblasts, and their communication, during wound healing |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
scRANseq study of different affects of crosslinking of gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) hydrogels on cell responses in skin wounds.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Full excisional skin wounds were implanted with GelMA hydrogels of varying crosslinking and stiffness (low crosslinking/soft and high crosslinking/stiff), as well as non-treated wounds. Hydrogels were excised and analyzed by scRNA-seq.
