Title LncRNA CARINH regulates expression and function of innate transcription factor IRF1 in macrophages [RNA-Seq]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The antisense lncRNA CARINH acts as an additional regulatory layer of antiviral immunity through coordinated regulation of the transcription factor IRF1 and downstream interferon-stimulated genes.

Overall design We used three replicate samples of BMDM cells from WT mice and Carinh-KO mice. Either group treated with IFN for 8 hours or vehicle.
