Title Single-cell landscape of the cellular microenvironment in three different colonic polyp subtypes in children

Summary scRNA-seq was applied to map the cellular landscape of colonic polyps from pediatric patients with SJP, JPS or PJS and aged-matched colonic tissues to help dissect polyp heterogeneity among different polyp subtypes and identify the underlying cellular and molecular events that may control disease outcome
 
Overall design we performed scRNA-seq of dissociated fresh polyp tissues from 18 patients who underwent colonoscopy or radical surgeries and 2 normal colon tissues
