Title Myeloid Cell Derived IL1b Contributes to Pulmonary Vascular Remodeling in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Goals and objectives of this study were to determine on a single-cell level transcriptomic changes that occur in the lungs of a murine model of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction caused by administration of high fat diet and eNOS inhibitor L-NAME.

Overall design Four C57/BL6 mice each were given either a combination of high fat diet and L-NAME or control (low fat diet with no L-NAME) for 5 weeks. Lungs were isolated after sacrifice, enzymatically digested, separately labeled with hashing antibodies, and submitted for single cell RNA sequencing.
