Summary To comprehend the underlying mechanisms of NSC proliferation and differentiation, microRNA expression was investigated. Total RNA was extracted from NSCs, ESCs, and MEFs, and microRNA expression was examined using RT-PCR. This was accomplished utilizing the System Biosciences' Mouse miRNome Sanger miRVase microRNA Profiler Set.
 
Overall design qPCR gene expression profiling. Equal amount total RNA from each cell was pooled prior to gene expression analysis.
