Title Single-cell gene expression profiling of CD4+ T cells from the murine small intestine lamina propria [steady-state_SI-Treg_10XscRNAseq]

Summary Intestinal regulatory T cells consist of at least two distinct populations in flow cytometry. We used single-cell RNA sequencing to determine the transcriptional differences in peripherally and thymically induced Tregs.
 
Overall design We sorted all living CD4+ T cells (CD45+, CD3+, CD4+) from small intestine lamina propria of four wildtype mice via fluorescence-activated cell sorting.
