| Title |
Spatiotemporal Single-Cell Roadmap of Human Skin Wound Healing (Single-cell-Wound) |
| Organism |
Homo sapiens |
| Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
| Summary |
The process of wound healing in humans is poorly understood. To identify spatiotemporal gene expression patterns during human wound healing, we performed single cell and spatial transcriptomics profiling of human in vivo wound samples.
|
| |
|
| Overall design |
We obtained the human skin wound tissues by recruiting healthy volunteers and we collected wound tissues at different time points to reflect different healing stages (intact skin, wound day1, day 7, and day 30). Samples from different wound healing stage were analyzed by single cell and spatial transcriptomics sequencing.
*** The raw sequencing data are available for controlled access in European Genome–phenome Archive (EGA) under the accession code EGAS50000000571 ***
