Summary |
Paternal aging has been reported to be related with offspring`s increased risk of autism spectrum disorders. However, effect of miRNAs in sperm has not been investigated. We used microarray to investigate whether miRNA profile were changed with aging.

Overall design |
Sperm from mice at 3 months old (3M), >12M and >20M were collected and miRNAs of the sperm were extracted. Then, we conducted microarray analyses on the extracted miRNAs.
