Series GSE232620 Query DataSets for GSE232620
Status Public on Dec 07, 2023
Title miRNA profile of young mice and aged mice
Platform organism synthetic construct
Sample organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Paternal aging has been reported to be related with offspring`s increased risk of autism spectrum disorders. However, effect of miRNAs in sperm has not been investigated.
We used microarray to investigate whether miRNA profile were changed with aging.

Overall design Sperm from mice at 3 months old (3M), >12M and >20M were collected and miRNAs of the sperm were extracted. Then, we conducted microarray analyses on the extracted miRNAs.
