Title |
Longitudinal single cell transcriptional and epigenetic mapping of effector, memory, and exhausted CD8 T cells reveals shared biological circuits across distinct cell fates [scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq coAssay] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Longitudinal scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq from LCMV-specific P14 CD8 T cells in LCMV-Armstrong and LCMV-Clone 13 infection
|
|
|
Overall design |
LCMV-specific P14 cells were sorted from mice infected with LCMV-Arm or LCMV-Cl13 on days 8, 15, or 30 post infection. An additional group of mice was treated with anti-PDL1 every three days starting at day 16; cells were sorted at day 30. scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq libraries were prepared using 10x Genomics coAssay kits.
