Title The impact of small molecule inhibition of METTL3 on normal haematopoiesis
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed scRNA-seq on haematoietic stem and progenitor cells of healthy wild-type mice treated with the small-molecule inhibitor of METTL3, STM2457.

Overall design Bone marrow cells were collected from 4 vehicle-treated and 3 STM2457-treated mice and lineage-negative, cKIT positive Haematopoietic stem and progenitor cells were isolated by fluorescence activated cell sorting. Cells were processed for scRNA-seq using Chromium Single Cell 3สน GEM, Library & Gel Bead Kit v3 reagents and sequenced on the Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform.
